The purpose of this Instruction is to explain the types of cookies used on our website, the reasons for their use and to explain the user rights under the PPDL.

  1. COOKIES (IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION)

Identification information, or in other words‘ Cookies‘, are small pieces of text placed on devices such as computers, tablets or telephones to ensure the proper functioning of the website, to improve the user experience, to improve and optimize the site, to provide more relevant, tailored content and advertising, to provide an attractive and personalized website/application and advertising portfolio for visitors and customers, and to generate traffic statistics.

  • If the personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, requesting correction thereof and, in this extent, requesting notification of the transaction performed to the third persons to whom the personal data have been transferred,
  • Requesting deletion or disposal of personal data in case the reasons that require processing have been eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL and other law and requesting notification of the transaction performed to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to any adverse consequences arising as a result of processed data being analyzed exclusively by automatic systems,
  • To claim compensation in case of suffering loss due to illegal processing of the personal data

As the data owner, you accept that you may not fully benefit from the operation of the site if you make a request that will result in any of your personal data not being used by the Company, and you declare that any responsibility that may arise in this context will belong to you.
